17:21 < phessler> comment for the speaker: Peter Hessler, KLEO Connect. When reviewing the Legal aspects of the RPKI service, please make sure not to make the same mistake that ARIN did and not publicly publish the public key for the TAL. Many organizations are not willing or able to sign such an agreement, and the lack of publicly available TAL will kill adoption of RPKI.
17:21 < Maria_ChatMonitor> Felipe Victolla Silveira has asked for questions.
17:22 < Maria_ChatMonitor> @phessler I have just passed your question to the Session Chair.
17:22 < luna> being answered now
17:23 < blake> phessler +1
17:23 < rsc> phessler: +1
17:24 < phessler> I was positive of the answer, but wanted to make sure it was pointed out ;)
17:24 < blake> indeed
17:25 < nick-2128> phessler: why do you hate freedom so much?
17:25 < phessler> also, never pass up a chance to slagg off ARIN for this stupidity

17:15:42 From Harry Cross : From the point of view of someone wanting to buy IPv4, I'd prefer to see a "known good" entity like RIPE acknowledging good practice in the transfer space, and I feel it would provide more reassurance for buyers to use the current RIPE trading post
17:18:54 From Thomas BRENAC : It is true that we never managed to buy (or sell) IPv4 resources using TLS. No reply, fake offers, bla bla. Just like in ARIN maybe good to include a potential third party (eg a Broker) in the transfer web interface process, so that there is a better quality control of the broker if needed.
17:19:35 From Blake Willis : I think the issue is that the brokers could only update the TLS by hand, so few bothered
17:20:18 From Blake Willis : I like the concept of the service but they need to be able to update it with an API. Perhaps a transfer listing service API exists; I never checked...
17:21:14 From Harry Cross : I don't think the service should be scrapped, but maybe look into what would be needed to encourage its use - like the API or maybe an escrow
17:23:51 From Maria Stafyla : Just a reminder - please post any questions in the Q&A if you would like the session chair to read them out.
17:26:05 From Blake Willis : please watch the video on ranked-choice voting in the GM!
17:26:36 From Luna : Is not going to GM cya tommorow
17:27:18 From Carsten Schiefner : CU tomorrow.
Or later on at the vBoF.
