When reviewing the Legal aspects of the RPKI service, please make sure not to make the same mistake that ARIN did and not publicly publish the public key for the TAL. Many organizations are not willing or able to sign such an agreement, and the lack of publicly available TAL will kill adoption of RPKI.

17:15:42 From Harry Cross : From the point of view of someone wanting to buy IPv4, I'd prefer to see a "known good" entity like RIPE acknowledging good practice in the transfer space, and I feel it would provide more reassurance for buyers to use the current RIPE trading post

Just like in ARIN maybe good to include a potential third party (eg a Broker) in the transfer web interface process, so that there is a better quality control of the broker if needed.
